Submitted my first claim
Submitted my first claim for my pups yearly check up. It was super easy to submit and it only took less than 24 hours to be told my claim will be paid. I was sent an email saying it will be sent to my account within 5-7 business days! So far this is a great investment for my puppers!

Amazing experience with claim process
We have been with Spot for a little over a year now. And the experience has been amazing with the reimbursement process. Truly no hassle. I have already recommended Spot to my friends and would continue to do so.

I'm not sure I will continue with this company …
I'm not sure I will continue with this company. They never seem to cover anything, even wellness. You have to add on wellness, and its basically a savings account you pay into. Any balance does not roll over year to year. I will also add that when you recieve a denial, it is from an AI generated claims provider. So, I am not conviced that an actual human is making the decisions that affect my pet's health. Much like their response to my review ...

So Far So Good!
You never want to end up using pet insurance - and for the first 6 years of my dog's life nothing bad happened. That all came to a halt about a month ago when he suddenly yelped and stopped walking. I rushed him to the ER to find that he had IVDD, a spinal degradation disease that then required an MRI and further specialty care. This has already cost over 6000 dollars in the first month. Pet's Best has an easy claims process, and all my claims have been reviewed and paid within 2 weeks. It's really been a blessing during this time to not have to worry about fighting for insurance claims and to be able to choose what's best medically for my dog. I am so grateful to have started this insurance early in his life.

waste of money, barely covers anything
Just like other insurance companies... ASPCA barely covers anything. Preventative care is a waste of money as well. They give you pennies for vaccines and don't even cover the total cost of exams. The monthly premium isn't worth it. Better to just save that money and put it towards the future vet bills. I have claims that were denied because of preexisting conditions. I have NEVER taken my pet in for what they describe as a preexisting condition. To make matters even more frustrating YOU have to contact a separate entity and file a complaint. Seriously, just avoid ASPCA insurance and save up some money every month instead of paying for a plan that will barely cover anything and if it does you'll get pennies.
