Prudent Pet Insurance Purchase (No Pressure)
I talked to Rebecca from Prudent Pet looking for an affordable insurance plan for my 5 yr. old rescue dog. Rebecca was very professional, informative and tailored a plan to fit our breed of dog and our budget. She answered all my questions, was prompt and followed through on phone calls. There was no pressure to purchase a plan immediately, like some other companies I talked to. I felt extremely confident in purchasing insurance from Prudent Pet and feel our dog, Max, is in great hands! Great Experience!!!!

Professional dysfunction.
This company refuses to inform clients on internal changes. For example why do they have a different payment processing center with a different name and not send out an email saying: “Hey, so and so will appear on your next banking statement.” I am currently looking for another insurance company. Pets Best is the actual best
I have had pets best insurance for years for all three of my Boston terriers. The claims process is easy to understand, my claims are processed efficiently, and the cost of the premium is very reasonable. I have had surgeries, behavioural health, and illnesses all covered. Everything from BOAS surgery to a corneal ulcer to a benign histiocytoma to behavioral health. I am consistently impressed with the high-quality of service provided by this company. I could not recommend it more highly.
