Good to have an organized vet!
Once you get all the medical records (which are available from your vet), it was pretty easy to upload the necessary documents to get the refund for my dog's medical procedure. My vet had it all ready digitally, and getting them was easy.

Very quick with the claims and very kind staff
Back in August my dog started coughing and it was a battle to get him to stop. So many medications and tests had to be run to make sure we got to the bottom of it. It was a very expensive and trying time, but the insurance was so quick with the claims and reimbursement. They said it could be a few weeks but every time we submitted a claim, it was only a few days. We are so grateful for the quick turnaround with reimbursement especially when money is tight.

Pets Best
I appreciate how responsive Pets Best is for the claims I've had to file for both of my pets over the last year. The site is easy to.navigate and the claims process is easy & efficient. Reimbursed funds deposit directly to my bank, so all i do is scan & upload invoices from my vet & Pets Best does the rest! Highly recommend their plans.
Provides more coverage than previous insurance
Significantly more coverage offered than my previous pet insurance. Pricier, but hopefully worth the added expense.
