Pumpkin has been such a relief during a stressful time. Submitting claims was simple and straightforward, which made things so much easier. I really appreciated the regular updates on the progress of my claim, it made me feel informed and cared for. My insurance doubled since the time I…
My insurance doubled since the time I obtained it forcing me to cancel the renewal. My dog is healthy and doesn’t have any preexisting conditions. Update to MetLife response: I tried calling two times trying to lower the price without sacrificing too much coverage. Unfortunately it makes more sense for me to switch to a different company. Too bad because otherwise I was happy (except of long claim processing times).
