I do not feel that you are paying correctly. SM has a seizure symptom and you are not paying for the Keppra until it reaches a deductible by itself which is not correct since it is part of the SM condition.

I am very happy with my Trupanion. Getting insurance for my pets was the best thing I could’ve done for us. After I order my dog’s medication, I log in to my account and begin my Trupanion claim using my receipt.
I signed up for text message updates and I get updates from Trupanion every step of the way. They let me know they received my claim. They let me know that they are working on my claim. And then they let me know that my claim is completed. They let me know the details of what was paid on my claim by text too. I am very well-informed and everything seems to go so smoothly every step of the way. I really love this process because it is very fast and I am continuously updated. Thank you Trupanion! Honestly trupanion is a great insurance company (at least from what I’ve experienced so far).
Honestly, trupanion is a great insurance company (at least from what I’ve experienced so far). However, I find it to be ridiculous that owners cannot change their policies any time, like other insurance (auto, home, life, etc). A year ago we couldn’t afford the complimentary care rider on all 4 dogs, but we can now. So it’d be nice to have that ability to add the rider to the other 3 dogs. At any given point I can change my auto, home, and life insurance to fit my financial situation. The fact that trupanion doesn’t follow this same ideology is incredibly inconvenient. Anytime I talk to someone about Trupanion, I will always make sure to let them know to add every coverage and potentially drive themselves into financial ruin, at the time of insurance purchase, because otherwise they’ll be out of luck later on. Let’s add this onto the fact that insurance rates rise whenever you decide to do a market review, but that doesn’t come with any incentive like altering the coverage? Seems off putting to me, but I guess that’s the way it has to be. Please consider doing better for your clients. Thanks.
