I hope it is there for the big issues. My dog is my world. I would spend my last dime on him if needed. Hopefully Trupanion will keep this from happening.
I haven’t placed a claim yet. Now I need to place one but have to make a change of address to Canada instead of US. I called last week and again yesterday. I’ve been told the issue has been sent to IT and I’m waiting to hear back. I was told they are back logged. I’m waiting for a reply stating that the change has been made before I file a claim for my dog.
Everyone on the phone has been nice and helpful. This is my first claim. I’ll be able to better review once it’s done. ??
I have two kittens, one of which has an autoimmune disease. If it weren’t for Trupanion I wouldn’t have been able to afford the initial testing and medication that she needs in order to help control her symptoms. I’ve made claims monthly for her, sometimes multiple times a month depending on vet visits, and they have always gone smoothly. If I ever have any problems, I can call any time to get help or ask questions. Trupanion has allowed me to give my girls the best care possible without having to worry about the financials, and for that, I’m grateful.
I have had Trupanion since 2013 and I love it. My dog probably wouldn't have made it to 16 without it. She had diabetes , a brain tumor, gallbladder removed and some skin problems. Trupanion covered 90% of her procedures.
