A must have for pets!
I never imagined my sweet puppy would have a very rare condition. If it weren’t for PetsBest insurance, she would not have a long life because treatment would be out of our budget.

Terrible customer service, run!
I've had insurance with Fetch for two pets for several years, luckily we never had to use it. I bought wellness insurance last year and have a terrible time with claims, valid claims get denied and you can't talk to anyone about it, I had to lie about the reason I was calling to talk to a live person. When they looked into it, they admitted they had screwed up. I'm still waiting for a reassessment though. I'm canceling and finding another company. Two stars because the claim was easy to file but that's the only positive I've had, people are nice but so what?

Shortly after signing up to Pets Best early this year, our fur baby was seriously hurt in an accident and had to undergo surgery. Besides the stress of worrying about our pet, the hospital bills were stressful too. But, within two weeks of the accident, Pets Best covered the very expensive surgical and hospital bills to the exact dollar amount that we were entitled to. No muss. No fuss. Thank you. You are definately the Best for our Pet.
