My only problem is that I'm paying a lot each month and it seems that any time my pet has a problem if it's a new one the deductible starts all over again.

I'm afraid to drop thie insurance as she's now 11 years old and one never knows what the future has in store for her. I must mention that your representatives are top notch and warm and understanding which is another reason I'm sticking with you.
My older dog had to have an emergency vet visit I've had Trupanion for quite a while and thought of dropping it.
My older dog had to have an emergency vet visit, I've had Trupanion for quite a while and thought of dropping it.....certainly happy that I didn't. The bill was quite large and there was no squabbling over the payment on their end. (my dog lived by the way!!)
