I had a wonderful experience after we lost our dog this week. We're devastated and during my cancellation call the rep was so compassionate. They informed me of my benefit that world cover part of my after care bill with my vet that included working with the cremation company. Very thoughtful and kind experience at a very hard time.

I can’t believe how easy it was!

Assistance with pet insurance
I was looking into different pet insurances and Carla was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the different types and to know what to look for. She was thorough in answering all of my questions, was friendly with every interaction I had with her, and was helpful in helping me get protection for my little kitty. Pumpkin is there for Bear…
Pumpkin has been a life saver for Bear (and her parents which would be us) after she was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. She needs long term medication and a prescription diet and Pumpkin has been there for us and I recommend them to any pet owner, to help offset expenses for an unexpected medical problem or accident.

WHAT A RIDICULOUS COMPANY. HERE IS THEIR RESPONSE TO MY QUESTIONING A 60% INCREASE IN ANNUAL PREMIUM. INSTEAD OF TAKING EVERY PIECE OF BUSINESS YOU CAN WRITE HOW ABOUT REJECTING BUSINESS THAT NEGATIVELY AFFECT POLICY HOLDERS WHO DON'T HAVE CLAIMS ETC. IDIOT COMPANY........Hello Jonathan, We certainly understand a premium increase is never ideal, but premiums do increase over time with all insurance products and pet insurance is no exception. The premium increase is not currently based on your pet's individual health status or the claims you've personally submitted, but on our entire book of business (the overall actuarial data) based on your pet's age, breed, sex, and the location where you reside. The main factors that impact premiums each year include the age of a pet, tenure of the policy, and inflation which includes the increase in veterinary costs. Over the lifetime with any pet insurance company you are likely to see very similar trends, it just may vary when the increase happens. However, Embrace structures our policies to allow each pet parent to change coverage parameters to adjust the premium based on what they feel is best for their individual pet and situation.
