I have had a horrible experience with MetLife Pet insurance. They do a great job of selling the program, but when it comes time to pay you back for the claims once you hit your deductible, they continually find reasons why they can’t honor that claim it has been unbelievable. I spend hours on the phone and still get nothing done. Don’t do it!

2 of the vet hospitals would not submit…
2 of the vet hospitals would not submit directly. The final vet, who had to put our dog to sleep was the only one who said they would submit, but do to the emotional aspect we are not sure they did. I hope Embrace has the info.
