After reviewing several companies and working in corporate America, I was impressed with the depth of knowledge, politeness and ability to have a conversation without being overly sales oriented. I was able to select a policy that met my needs both financially and also practically. I already submitted two claims and were paid on both. The first claim took 4 weeks as we were new in the system, but the second claim was paid on day 3, after my doctor vet visit. They are a pleasure to work with and honest.

Very satisfied and grateful for Embrace pet insurance! I really did my research in comparing companies and policies, but decided to go with Embrace for our two beloved kittens because of such comprehensive coverage, particularly Wellness reimbursement that includes preventative dental care & the 24/7 remote vet consultation. So far, I've had to use my insurance unexpectedly more than I would have expected, and it has already paid for itself. The claims process has been easy and efficient, and anytime I've needed to call with questions I've received excellent customer service.
