Expensive kitties....

My cat needed to go to the vet for Behavioral problems and it was pretty expensive for his exam. I have had Spot for a little over a year and I never took advantage of getting reimbursed for any vet bills. I actually did for this visit because it was quite expensive. I have the app and it was so easy to use. My veterinarian supplied the paperwork I needed and I downloaded everything. I received notifications from Spot right away saying they received all that was needed. I was reimbursed for the percentage that was stated for the visit I had. I am so happy with this insurance and have it because I have 2 cats and it totally pays off. It definitely is worth it.

Spot has been amazing

Spot has been amazing. I've never had pet insurance before and I'm sure glad I did because my puppies were a mess at the beginning and Spot took care of more than I expected. I was really surprised. I'd never go without again. Spot is easy to use and the reimbursement is fairly fast. The customer service is great too. I had a couple questions regarding what they covered and the representative was so helpful and pleasant to talk with. Thank you again.... and I always recommend spot to my friends with pups

So kind during a difficult time…..

I had to cancel my coverage because our sweet little guy passed. Not only did Embrace quickly review and pay out my claims for Charlie’s final vet visits but the woman (Dana) I spoke with about cancelling my pet insurance coverage was so sweet and kind when I told her why I had to cancel. This was the first time I’ve used Embrace. When we’re ready for a new family member you can bet I will sign up again!

So Grateful

Embrace has been soooo wonderful to work with! Our boyo had no pre-existing conditions, and we have had everything covered. The wellness plan is awesome. Advice... get good and high coverage when you first adopt! As he ages, expenses go up and we are likely to hit our max every year from here out.

I paid 149 to 191 dollars a month for…

I paid 149 to 191 dollars a month for insurance never had a claim than my dog need surgery for this throat the bill was 6,661 l thought that l would get 70% of the bill and you paid me 3,000 telling me i reached my limit. The amount of money I paid for insurance you should have covered the 70%, I will never tell anyone to get your insurance you are a rid off oh I almost forgot I was told l could not file a claim for 1 years but still pay the monthly premium bye bye

App and Website error messages indicating submitted claims are not processed

App bounced me out on my phone. Said it was "unresponsive". Website gave me an error message that indicated it wasn't able to process the claims and apologized for inconvenience. I am tech savvy and the website is not user friendly. I tried multiple times to submit claims. The claims I have submitted are listed "on hold" and I keep submitting required invoices and they are still listed as such. 8 or more are pending. After 3 hours, I emailed per the website and am waiting to hear about next steps.
