I first found out about Trupanion through the Great Pyrenees Facebook. Someone asked a question about which one was the best one. It was either PetsBest or Trupanion. I chose this one because it seemed like they had the care I wanted for my dog. The lady I talked to explained everything to me and I felt like that I made the right choice.

The people are wonderful and responsive. The settlement on the claims were fair and fast. I gave it an 8 because it is not cheap. It is great to have when you have a problem like mine, surgery to remove a mass, but I sure pay for the coverage. But, as I said in the beginning, the people were great, the claims were paid out without debating and payment was issued quickly. You get what you pay for.
