Not the 5 star coverage we were expecting
I would have given 5 stars but the insurance didn’t cover any of the medication form both, our local vet nor the emergency visit. The total costs for the actual visits from either facility wasn’t covered; only a small portion. I guess some is better than nothing.

Pets Best is best!
Our 17+ year old Miniature Schnauzer just passed away. We bought her health insurance policy when she was 9 weeks old. Though I know that no similar policy exists today but our long experience with Pets Best was the best experience we have ever had with any health insurers human or pets. They paid all of her claims without dispute or questions which in the last year included her hydro and laser therapy which kept her mobile until she passed. She had access to the best specialists including her cardiologist, ophthalmologist, neuro, internist and general vet. Despite her increasing medical bills as she aged that far exceeded the premiums they always paid her claims and allowed her to enjoy a long, happy and healthy life We and Cooper thank Pets Best for being there.
Solid Company, Competitive Pricing, offers many options
Pet's Best has been great for us-we adopted our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog at the age of 3 and he is now 10 years, 5 months old. It is easy to use the app, they offer many coverage options and limits(others do not) and are very responsive. When I have spoken on the phone they are courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I highly recommend them for pet insurance.
