First Claim
I filed my first claim with Embrace. There were a few hiccups. The fax my vet sent was not received, so I had to resubmit by email. When I called a week later to check on the status, I was told the claim had gotten "stuck in the system." However, I received my explanation of benefits today; and the charges were approved without a convoluted and cryptic calculation of "usual and customary" amounts. The call takers were always polite and helpful, especially Jessica.

We were amazed at how fast this claim was processed and paid! It took less than a day or two before they contacted us and told us that our pups claim was excepted and payment will be sent to us in another couple of days! Excellent customer service!

RIP OFF!!!!
I have been a Pet Secure customer since 2006 for 2 dogs and today received a cheque for $1.08 on my second ever claim. DO THE MATH. It is not worth it.

Our cat was just diagnosed with a condition and Trupanion has been very kind and helpful on the phone and processing our claims quickly during this trying time. This is one of the first online reviews I've ever left, but I'm happy with Trupanion's service so I wanted to say so.

Our pup LEX broke his leg and have to have emergency surgery, which totaled $2800, including the ER visit the night before. Trip anion was amazing to work with! They were available by phone or email whenever I needed them. They answered every question I had without hesitation. They even rushed the claim through due to emergency status. We had our refund within 4 days of Lex's surgery. I recommend truly ion to every pet owner!
