the effective day is 10 days after sign…
the effective day is 10 days after sign up. my dog got into a fight and got a minor punctuation through her ear 3 days after sign up and therefore the insurance won't cover it

One of our cats was really sick!
One of our cats was sick, spent 3 days in the ICU and we racked up some bills for sure. I had forgotten I had this insurance. I submitted and was reimbursed within 24 hours. Trupanion did what they said they would do.

Felt pressured to buy it
Felt pressured to buy it. I have had 5 pets and no pet insurance and never felt I needed it. I thought I could terminate in a month or so but your site hides that information from us. Absolutely will never advise anyone to buy this. Poor customer service in hiding information on how to terminate.

You guys always, always come through for us. We appreciate you so much. We understand how important it is to have insurance on your pet. A little while back we lost one that was.precious to us.
