Company covers alot
Company covers alot. Supplements and holistic treatments. At first the claim process was horrible. Had to submit claims several times, faces wouldn't go through, app didn't work properly & emails they'd only receive half the time. I was very frustrated with the process and always told a different method to submit when I called. Luckily that issue has resolved. It also used to take a very long time to get reimbursed ( 25 to 30 days ). This has also improved. Now about 15 to 20 days. All service agents have always been nice and respectful. I'd say they are evenly priced with other leading pet insurance companies. Been with them 1 year now.

Spot was so prompt processing my claim. It was great to learn pretty immediately how much was covered. It was not so great to see how little was covered, but that’s on me, I suppose as I should know what I am paying for.

Trupanion has been a lifesaver
We have had many claims with Trupanion due to our pet's multiple health issues and hospital stays. Trupanion has paid every claim in a very timely manner (days, not weeks). If not for Trupanion, our dog would have been gone 4 years ago. We would have never been able to afford the medical expenses on our own. One of the best investments we ever made.
