Embrace Needs All their employees to be as Great as Dani and Tiffany !!
My experience with embrace was very good after we had to confront an issue between them and the vet center I am with! They were receptive to my issue and fortunately they sided with me after the vet told them a Lie about a Pre existing diagnosis? So Great on Embrace and Tiffany and Dani were GREAT and absorbed my frustration with grace and kindness. I would recommend Embrace to All Pet owners. Much thanks. David✝️

Opinion from an insurance agent
I work for an insurance company and I am never one to bash on my competitors. I know every companies strengths and weaknesses and don’t encourage anyone to leave their company for me. SONNET HAS NO STRENGTHS - I already had knowledge on how bad their service was but I had to deal with them while my parents were on vacation. They have no 24 hour customer service line, non-functioning robot chat services on their website, and inadequate function / control of ALL of their email lines. If you ever have an emergency and you’re insured with sonnet don’t even bother contacting them. They won’t help you anyway! They can’t even help you if they wanted because all of their means of communication are poorly monitored. Not to mention the inconsistencies between information provided by the agents. Nobody can be held accountable for their actions or statements because there’s no way to identify who you spoke to. Horrendous. Please stay away
