So nice to have Trupanion health insurance for our Niki!! They are friendly, quick to answer and fair.
I filed a claim online and it was processed and money was in my bank with direct deposit within a week. Very easy.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to Healthy Paws during a very stressful and scary time. My beloved French Bulldog all of a sudden started shaking and her back legs were super wobbly and unstable. I rushed her to the emergency vet hospital where she was examined with suspected IVDD. They kept her over night for medical hospitalization. The stay itself was over $1300. I am so grateful that I have such great pet insurance in situations like these. Not only did they cover majority of the cost, and they sent me an email to check up on my Frenchie to make sure she is doing well. I can't say enough great things about Healthy Paws. Truly a life saver!
Healthy Paws has been amazing! My 1-year old dog has had a few episodes of GI issues that required a lot of testing - and it was so easy to submit my claims and reimbursement was fast! I am so pleased with the service and support!
Great pet insurance if you want to get ripped off. The first year was great then they increased the rate by 1/3 % even though they claim your price is locked in. Go elsewhere!!!!
I am not normally someone who writes reviews or complaints of a business, but Pet's Best Insurance was so egregious in their blatant lack of service, I need to warn others they are nothing more than a scam. They claim their policies cover basic veterinary care and diagnostics, yet they deny every claim submitted to them without any honest or thorough reasoning. So if your pet has a more serious issue, definitely don't count on them covering anything. Their business model is quite clearly to be the insurance company who denies all claims and keep collecting their monthly rate until the policy holder cancels. They never pick up the phone, are impossible to correspond with, and take weeks to review any claims filed. Do not buy this insurance! They will not help your pet and are only trying to take money from you.

1st claim and I have no regrets with Trupanion! Customer service was kind, supportive & professional and the claim was easy to file, the explanation of coverage was easy to understand. I am so pleased with the service and coverage with my 1st claim!... it just confirmed we made the right choice for my dog!
