Excellent service, easy to work with, and fast payment reimbursement!
My dog, Girdwood, had a luxated hip and required surgery by a Veterinary Specialist to fix the problem. I sent in a preapproval for the procedure and was granted coverage. After the procedure, I was reimbursed minus my deductible and the 10% that is my portion in 5 days! I would definitely recommend Trupanion Insurance to others with 4-legged family members!

Embrace was the best decision we could ever make!
Our dear Harper has IBD and had to have an upper and lower endoscopy and an abdominal ultrasound. We have been putting off the procedure for a year now not only because of the cost but also because we did not want her to have to go through any procedures that were not absolutely necessary. The Embrace people have, with this claim and many others, covered the costs ($2322) and we had our money in just over a weeks time. Overtime I call in with a question, the embracers are knowledgeable and kind. I don't know what our family and Harper would do without Embrace. Embrace Pet Insurance was the best decision we could have made.

Although the process is a bit cumbersome, I see how that is necessary. Once all the paperwork was done I received my reimbursement. We had not used the policy in over a year. In that time we added and then dropped two pets. My pibble had multiple lesions that had to be removed and the bill was very high. The insurance reimbursed the highest amount and we were more than able to handle the rest. I am so grateful we kept the policy.

Happily Embraced for six years
After going it alone with no insurance through expensive cancer treatments and surgery for our first dog, we learned our lesson. We purchased accident/illness coverage for our next dog, and we have been very happy that we chose Embrace. Customer service is very good, and the claims people are knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service and easy!
These folks are top notch. Claims are easy and quick. Also, they are so good with paperwork and sensitivity at the same time. We had to put two of our dogs down this year at different times. They immediately updated their records after I submitted euthanasia receipts and I received handwritten condolence cards.

horrible company
this company is awful DO NOT USE THEM. As soon as you call with a claim they'll put you on hold for extended periods of time, they won't pass you to a supervisor, they'll use all kinds of stupid reasons to delay or avoid paying you even when it clearly states under your coverage that you are covered. THEY ARE CROOKS.

Happy but took awhile
Happy with how much Trupanion paid of our Great Dane surgery but it took 8 weeks to be reimbursed for our first claim which made us get charged interest on our credit card. Wish it didn't take so long. I am not sure why they wait to get all of your pet medical records until after something happens.
