Great insurance for your pets
I wish my medical insurance was this easy and inexpensive. The form is so easy to fill out and you are refunded very quickly. I have not run into grey areas where I was not covered by my pet's insurance.

Emergency Treatment
I've been with Embrace for 6 years and have only great things to say about them. Customer Service is amazing and their payments quick and easy. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and had to take him to a Vet emergency room. My dog ingested gum with Xylitol which is very poisonous to dogs. My dog was kept for 24-hours at the hospital. His stomach was washed and he had to be put on fluids. My bill was 80% covered by Embrace. Once again once I submitted my claim, everything got process within a week. I had other pet insurance before but Embrace has been the best.

, I preach to everyone that listens that Trupanion is a great company. My experience with you has always been amazing. I work for a p&c insurer and when I do sales training I always use Trupanion is a company we should emulate. I train staff on the importance of providing the best customer experience to our clients and mention the service I receive from all the staff at Trupanion. Selling is about the customer experience. I also stress with our staff that selling is not about be the cheapest. It’s about the value and customer experience. I go on to tell them that I could have signed up Niko elsewhere for less premium but I would never leave Trupanion because of the experience and great value you provide. Sorry, didn’t mean to talk your ear off but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you and your company do.

We Have Used Pets Best For App…
We have used Pets Best for appx. 5 years for both of our dogs. We have had numerous claims. Web site for uploading claims is outstanding. Easy and reliable. Response was always timely and reasonable. Customer service for issues and questions once again is outstanding. Impressive company. Highly recommended.
