The BEST pet insurance!
We've had Embrace since 2009 and they've been great the entire time. Most recently my dog has been diagnosed with cancer and I am so thankful Embrace has been there for us. They are incredibly friendly and are very prompt with reviewing and processing claims. I highly recommend them.

Worth every penny
Our shepherd/lab mix was diagnosed with hip dysplasia before he turned a year old and needed total hip replacement for both hips. Having Trupanion made a difficult decision easy as the $20,000 procedure was covered and we didn't need to either let him suffer or go broke to get him rehabilitated. They cover exactly what they say they will, there were no issues while submitting the claim and we received reimbursement in less than a month. I've recommended Trupanion to anyone I have talked to that has a pet.

So far so good
I've only had the insurance for a few months because my puppy is still <1 year old. Very happy with the ease of the experience submitting my first claim. Everything was electronic and it took only a few days to get refunded, which was convenient sense I already had my bank account linked. Doing research this seemed like a great value and so far I am happy.

I Could Not Be More Satisfied …
I could not be more satisfied with my first claim with Pets best. Moving to a different country with our 4 dogs was scary enough and we wanted good insurance like we had back in the UK. We feel so far you have provided exactly what we were looking for. Wilfie is now fully recovered from his dislocated toe. We are very thankful. Easy process
The process of filing a claim is rather easy. You just email the claims form, the invoice and the receipt. They've covered everything I've submitted so far. I do wish the claims process takes less time for approval. It's takes over 2 weeks for me to get approved. Also the premium is high. It's more like a savings plan vs real insurance. But at least when the time I need it, I don't have to worry about skimping on diagnostic procedures and treatments because I know the insurance will cover it.

Hi Tim, Than you so much for your interest in Willow's recovery. It was a very unexpected and frightening experience for our family, and of course for our beautiful little girl. I am happy to say that she has made a full recovery and I was able to give her her first bath today with the doctor's permission. She received wonderful care and attention at Garden State Veterinary Hospital, with such a wonderful staff. She still has some restrictions and has to refrain from playful activities for a while longer, but her spirits and adorably funny expressions are back! Most importantly I would like to acknowledge the level of excellence from HEALTHY PAWS in processing my claims for this emergency surgery. I received constant communications from HEALTHY PAWS throughout the entire process: from submitting invoices, receiving interim updates and EOBs, through receiving reimbursement checks in the most efficient and timely manner. I have never had any need to make a call or any other communication, as I have with other pet insurance companies in past years. I have recommended your service to five friends and/or family members, and will continue to spread the word to as many people as possible!!! Events like this are extremely stressful both mentally and physically, not to mention financially. HEALTHY PAWS certainly minimizes that last concern; financing can be devasting to those without any insurance or low quality coverage and service. Your plans will fit all budgets and give peace of mind and reassurance with your excellent service. BTW, I did give her your collective hug, several times! 🐕 Thank you again!

Embrace saved my cat's life.
If you want to get technical, Emmy survived a devastating case of cryptococcosis thanks to a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, and an array of ultrasounds, bloodwork, biopsies, and other diagnostic tests, and a hospital stay at the emergency vet, and the two antifungal medications administered twice daily for six months and counting, and the e-tube through which we fed our cat for the first two months of her illness. But none of this treatment would have been possible without Embrace. Since fungus grows slowly, it takes a long time to fight off: anywhere from 3 months to a year, and longer if it’s a bad enough case. It cost thousands of dollars just to diagnose her, and hundreds more for her check-ups and medications. Even after the reimbursement from Embrace--about 70% of our total costs--we spent enough on vet bills to go on a vacation. A very nice one, too. (Think "first-class plane seats and drinks with little umbrellas" nice.) There have been hiccups, to be sure. Paperwork lost or not being processed correctly, claims approved only after lengthy conversations with our vet. They’re an insurance company, after all. But on the whole, Embrace has been responsive and easy to work with, with a reasonably quick claims process. Embrace has given us extra time with our beloved love-cat, time that we didn’t think we’d have. That’s worth all the money in the world. So $41/month for peace of mind? Not bad at all.

So very kind
This year I lost my precious cat to lymphoma. It was very sad .Embrace was right on the claims and kept me informed all along the way. They were so very responsive and considerate of my loss. I felt in good hands. It was the first time I had used pet insurance or had made a claim. It was really all so very easy. When I adopted a new pet I went right ahead and enrolled her in Embrace.
