Do not use!
This company is a joke. They denied my claim several times and each time they came up with a new reason. Just grasping for straws. One of the times they denied my claim they quoted what I said when I called to schedule a Vet appointment. I had stated that I thought my dog had an illness even though later I submitted a letter written from my Vet telling them that I was wrong and that my dog didn't actually end up having that illness they denied me because of what I had said when I booked the appointment. Over the Vet. Absolutely ridiculous. I never got a penny back and I cancelled insurance.

Thank you so much for being there for me
After having my dog insured at another pet insurance company for first 10 years of her life I decided to cancel their insurance due to increasing annual premium and not have insurance for my dog. I did this for one year then I decided to find an insurance for my dog again due to her age nearing 12 years and health issues that will follow naturally due to her age. I found Pet Embrace insurance from online from favorable review and premium was one of the lowest out there for the coverage amount. Within three months of having Pet Embrace Insurance my dog got diagnosed with sheath nerve tumor on the nerve of her brain. She went through many diagnostics to find the cause...full blood work, x-ray scan, but ultimately MRI found the culprit. It was not cheap for diagnoses I mentioned. I had zero issue with the claim and it was paid out rapidly. Pet Embrace staffs were very friendly and genuinely concerned with my dog's wellbeing. Next step for my dog is radiation treatment if I decide to go that route and Pet Embrace has already told me that radiation treatment will be covered and they are there to support me whatever decision I take from now. It's great to know Pet Embrace Insurance is behind me and knowing that they will insure me on expensive radiation therapy is a huge relief. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me so far and full support they will give as I evaluate what is best for my dear family member. Thank you so much Pet Embrace Insurance from bottom of my heart!

Excellent Service, User Friendly, Timely!
ASPCA has been great for our English Bulldog. We saw a flyer at the vet when we first got him and thought it just made sense to have peace of mind in case we ever needed it. The website is very easy to use, it guides you through the claim process step by step. The customer service over the phone is one of the best I have ever encountered, very friendly! My claims have always been processed quickly and they offer direct deposit, which is extremely convenient. The premiums and deductibles are very affordable, and very worth it if you end up needing the coverage. They offer something for everybody, which I think is nice too. Our English Bulldog has had a couple of pneumonia episodes and this insurance has come in handy with a couple of hospital stays and trips to the not-so-wallet-friendly emergency vet. I love ASPCA and would recommend their coverage to anyone with a pet.

So grateful for Embrace!
Embrace has always been quick to respond and paid claims promptly. I read about them in Ingrid King's Conscious Cat Facebook column and she was exactly right. They're the best, and so worth the peace of mind. The only thing worse than being told your beloved companion needs a $2000 bladder operation and then a $2700 urinary operation 3 months later would have been not having Embrace Pet Insurance. Who has that money readily available? Not us.

I recommend Trupanion
I have an 8 year old Bulldog with allergies, so he has to be seen by the doc regularly and takes medication daily. Recently he was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion. I took him to the doc and they recommended that the abrasion be debrided(?) and a bandage contact lens inserted. The claim was handled within 7 days of my faxing Trupanion the bill.

I have 6 dogs and 1 cat...Embrace is not only EXTREMELY reasonable in terms of premiums, but have always been quick to pay claims and the customer service I've experienced on every call has been outstanding. I am a customer for life!!
