Outstanding Public Relations in this Call

I spoke for some time with "Jen" who was absolutely the best. She was personable, upbeat (like she liked her job, y'know?) and very efficient and knowledgeable. I haven't yet made up my mind on the purchase plan, but speaking with her certainly put me on the FIGO Plus side.

Happy Clients mean Happy Patients!

We have been clients for years and are very happy with Embrace coverage. The customer service is excellent too! With the coverage we have been offered, we are able to give our pet the best care possible! With the rising cost of health care, we probably wouldn't be able to give her this level of care, if we didn't have Embrace Insurance.

Reliable

Our dog had a run in w/a feral cat sustaining some injuries. The ASPCA Insurance claim was easy to put together via computer and our reimbursement check arrived promptly. We have only had to use it twice for our dog, but each time was professionally handled.

I though Embrace was good insurance for my pet.

My 12 year old golden retriever Bailey just passed away. He was covered by Embrace since he was 1. Embrace charged a fair amount each month, paid the claims they said they would and always answered the phone every time I called with a real person who could answer my questions. If I get another dog, I will use embrace again.

We are so thankful for Healthy Paws!!

Tucker Boy came to live with our family in April 2016. He is a miniature Australian Shepherd. We got him insured with Healthy Paws Insurance in May 2016. In June he ate a piece of a Sago Palm seed we had to rush him to the vet and they had to pump his stomach and treat him for poisoning. I will never forget when we got home I called Healthy Paws customer service to see if this was something that they would cover? And the kind lady on the phone told me "That is exactly what we are here for" I just felt the worry and weight lifted from my shoulders. In July he started to have seizures almost weekly so we had the MDR1 gene mutation test done on him and yes Healthy Paws covered the cost because he was having the seizures. We took him to see Neurology, Cardiology and Internal Medicine Specialists. Unfortunately all they came up with is that he has Idiopathic Epilepsy and hopefully it is Juvenile and he out grows it, but meantime he is on Keppra every 8 hours. And yes Healthy Paws covered all the visits, tests and medications. Mid November he started having diarrhea, high fever and very lethargic so we took him to the ER and he was in ICU for 3 days being treated and test ran. They got him better. Unfortunately in February he started having the exact same symptoms as in November so back to the ER we go and they kept him there for 4 days in ICU. And yes Healthy Paws covered all our visits and tests once again. Our little man is feeling better but still not out of the woods just yet. We take him in today for endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures and hopefully those test will be able to let us know why he is having all the intestinal issues/infections and we will be able to treat them properly so he can be a happy little boy again. So fare all they know is that his body is not absorbing B-12 which we have to give him shots for that. This past year has been quite an emotional and financial Roller Coaster Ride for our family and I can honestly say that the ride has been much easier to take knowing that Healthy Paws is in the seat riding with us all the way. In the first year of Tucker Boy's life we have already spent 16 thousand dollars and Healthy Paws has covered 80% of it per our plan we chose. My husband and I don't have children, our babies have 4 legs, and we will always have babies therefore we will always have Healthy Paws as our Insurance carrier for them. We can not thank Healthy Paws enough. Sincerely Dee

This insurance has been extremely helpful.

ASPCA has allowed us to fix our dog's leg after an encounter(fight) with a coyote. We would not have been able to get her veterinarian care without it. She required surgery that was fairly extensive and the insurance reimbursement was very timely and relieved our minds immensely. We are very happy with this coverage and would highly recommend it.

Max

I have had a policy for my pet dog, Max, for a few years. Max is a Maltese and is over 8 years old. Max has had a torn ACL on his left leg and a really bad knee cap on his right leg, all within a two year period. Needless to say that ASPCA Pet Insurance was there for our family. And, customer service was really great in checking up on Max's condition after both surgeries. I have recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance to my family and friends.Thank you ASPCA.

Awesome

In one word. Awesome!. They help me all the steps of the way in my claim. They paid a fair amount of what the vet bill was. I am very happy with them! People that give them bad reviews is because they don't know how insurances work. 10+ rating for this one
