Great service, Highly Recommended
Great customer service, they keep you up to date on the status of everything via email. This is our first dog, and we were not sure about getting insurance. After plenty of research we decided on Embrace, and could not be happier. Peace of Mind, worth every penny.

Wonderful
We have all our kitties insured here. It was a great choice. It is easy to file a claim. It was the best decision we ever made to secure the health of our fur babies.

by far excellent service
My cat Samson was diagnosed with a skin disease they requires ongoing medication. Without this coverage I would be financially struggling. I made sure i got the continuance care rider. Pet insurance really does pay to have it. Would you go without medical insurance on yourself? It is worth it, filed this years claims all together in November in less than two weeks money was in my bank account!

Wonderful!
I had VPI with another one of my dogs. I decided to shop around when I got a new puppy. Embrace was simply the best plan out there. Better coverage options at much better price. I would never not have pet insurance for any of my furry kids and I won't go any where but Embrace.

Embrace gives me peace of mind!
I am very happy with Embrace. I never knew about pet insurance until after my brother had problems with his two dogs and ended up spending thousands of dollars. After everything he went through, he recommended I get embrace in case I ever needed it. My dog is only 4 and was completely healthy. Several months after purchasing the insurance she started collapsing. I thought it was seizures and took her to the vet, only to discover that she'd developed a heart problem. Thousands of dollars later, I am very happy with embrace and recommend them to everyone. I feel like I can take care of my dog and give her the medical attention she deserves. One thing I would recommend though is getting the medical history review right when the insurance is purchased. I feel like this would speed up the first claim, as it takes awhile for them to get records and review everything after the first claim is submitted.

Friendly, efficient pet insurance
It's been almost three years since I've insured both my cats through ASPCA Pet Insurance.Their telephone represntatives are knowledgeable and friendly. Barely one month after purchasing my first policy my cat required surgery to correct a blocked colon. ASPCA insurance paid $ 2,400 of a $ 2,800 veterinary bill. Claims can be submitted online and payment is made directly to my checking account ! Service could not be better.

NOT for adopted pets
Trupanion denied my claim based on clause 9.B which excludes "Illnesses or Injuries for which signs or evidence of their potential manifestation existed within the 18 months prior to the Policy Enrollment Date". They used the fact that I had talked to my vet about possible reasons for snoring as an excuse to deny coverage. Basically, don't talk to your vet about anything that might be wrong with your pet until after 18 months of coverage, or they will deny the claim. I just cancelled the coverage so I could pay for my pet's surgery...

Peace of mind
I had to cancel my previous pet insurance when they refused to cover any of the $1500 vet bill incurred when my dog (then a puppy) was poisoned. VPI cited a coding error on behalf of the Emergency Vet and I couldn't get either one to help me resolve the matter. Needless to say, I was pretty skeptical when looking for my next insurance. Embrace has been nothing but a breeze to work with. When my 8 yr old Golden got cancer, at first I was worried that they wouldn't cover this or that, but much to my pleasant surprise, they covered everything, no questions asked and I had a $100 deductible credit for having not met the deductible the past year or two. Every time I called, the representatives were helpful, kind and supportive. When my boy passed, they "lit a candle" on the irememberyou.org website one month for free. This was a touching gesture, but not as touching as the personalized card signed by five employees that I received after canceling my policy. This company is amazing. I will absolutely use them again once I get another fur baby.

Unfortunately our 3 y/o Rottweiler needed to have TPLO surgery. Embrace helped with all our needs & were very professional and extremely helpful with all aspects of our experience. We are very pleased to have them on our side & would recommend in a heartbeat!! Thanks for taking care of Morgan and making decisions on her care just a little easier! She is recovering well & we thank everyone!!
