Healthy Paws has allowed me to get my dog the care he needs
Healthy Paws has allowed me to get my dog the care he needs without having to agonize over whether or not I can afford to continue to treat him. My dog has been insured for six years, and, yes, the premiums have risen, but they are still worth it. I will definitely insure any future pets through Healthy Paws. And, if I end up paying more in premiums than I receive in benefits, I will consider myself lucky to have a healthy dog, and I'll know I'm helping other people just as they are currently helping me. In addition to covering a wide range of vet care, Healthy Paws makes it very easy to file a claim, and they have amazing turn-around time. The claim is typically approved within one or two days, and the reimbursement deposited in my checking account within three or four days.

Best care possible
The vet will normally give me two options, one that’s most cost-effective and one that is the best. I always get to pick the best care, no matter the price! My claims are always processed fast and my reimbursements as well. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Really furious !
Really furious at this. My dog has been with Trupanion since she was a pup she’s almost 5. I pay every month before the month finishes never one month where I have missed a payment today I get some random email to say my dogs insurance has been cancelled I got no call to advise me. I just get an email it’s been CANCELLED!!! Why ? I never miss any payments even if it’s late I always pay my dogs monthly insurance I have emailed you back I want action taken asap !
