I have been an Embrace member for 7+ years and every time I file a claim, they are prompt and courteous. I love that they acknowledge when the claim was received and will let you know timing of reimbursement payment. It is easy and efficient. Awesome Pet Insurance and Wellness Plan!!
I love Embrace Insurance! The representatives on every level are very kind, thorough and professional, and they go out of their way to help you. In one case, too, I needed to be reimbursed very quickly, due to my fixed income, so I made a special request for them to expedite my numerous claims and they did! I don't know how Embrace makes every customer feel special, but I believe their excellent customer service- which adjusts to each client's needs- is a big part of the reason they're such a great company. A godsend
We've been with Embrace for more than three years. Some people believe that pet insurance is a waste of money. I must admit, we've had our dogs insured for about fifteen years and most of the time we just had routine health expenses. But we buy insurance for the big problems and one of our dogs developed congestive heart failure a few months ago. This is when insurance pays for itself! And for peace of mind! Embrace has been the best insurer for us by far.

Healthy Paws is easy, pleasant & a life saver!
My dog was diagnosed with Cushings Disease, which sparked the vet to search for an adrenal tumor. When we decided to go with surgery, it was much more helpful & less stressful knowing that Healthy Paws was our support. Mina had the surgery, and all went well but she had complications after & was in critical care for 3 days. Needless to say our bill was 4 times as much as we anticipated & we would have never been able to bring our girl home if it wasn't for Healthy Paws. They approved it in a matter of days! I can't say enough great things, & how grateful I am. I will always be a Healthy Paws member & have told everyone I know to also use them!

Meets expectations in a big way....
Embrace's staff is very knowledgeable and helpful anytime I call; which doesn't happen much. It is good to know I won't have to battle my way through phone menu hell. More to the point, Embrace has met every expectation I have as it relates to the insurance policy. No doubt I am getting all of the service I signed up for - unfortunate for my cats who have had their share of procedures. However, they are still around as two of them would have died had I not had the insurance. Thank you Embrace team!!!

I'm so grateful!
Never having had pet insurance before, I was not sure what to expect. Then my puppy developed a totally unexpected problem that would have meant permanent lameness if not treated. Embrace has been reliable and prompt. I even got approval for the major surgery needed to fix the problem within 7 days including Thanksgiving weekend. What a relief! I nowtell everyone how well I and my puppy have been treated by Embrace.

No Hassle and Great Customer Service!
Our dog Cooper recently had bilateral patellar luxation surgery. Amidst the stress of a $4,500 surgery bill and caring for Cooper the weeks following the surgery, Healthy Paws delivered! Not only was it extremely easy to submit a claim, but within 1-2 weeks we received a claims check in the mail. They even went out of their way to send a personal email checking in to see how Cooper was doing. I haven't had the best experience with insurance companies in the past and am extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Healthy Paws!
