I am pleased with PetsBest Insurance and recently insured a new pet with them. I find them to be responsive, fair and review claims in a timely manner. Claims are easily filed. Communication is fast. I will continue using PetsBest as my insurerer.

Tanner Had An Infected Penis. …
Tanner had an infected penis. I noticed because he kept licking himself. Our vet prescribed antibiotics, a flush to be done nightly and to keep a wrap on him for two weeks. At his followup visit she was very pleased by how well he responded and infection gone, no more licking and he is back to himself.

I Have A German Shepherd That …
I have a German Shepherd that tore his shoulder ligaments in the ice and snow. We determined he needed surgery to repair them since he is only 6 almost 7 and very healthy and active. The surgery went great and the insurance made the cost and experience better than I could type in the email. Pet insurance, I have horses as well, is the best choice a animal lover could chose and your company is one I will never leave and refer constantly to friends family and acquaintances. absolutely the class of the industry. The website doesnt work very well. It allows to fill in all the info and upload your documents but will not allow you to check the two boxes at the bottom to complete the process. I had issues on my home computer as well as my office computer. Today I gave up and faxed my claim in. "

Don't was hit and ended up with a broken leg. The process for the claim took awhile but eventually got settled out. Overall very happy with the service.

I dont even know were to begin, but i will never recommend this pet insurance company again .. NOT only are they rude and unprofessional , they don't reply to emails when sent , they delay anything that needs to be reimburst or paid to the customers. Trying everything not to pay out .... Ive been treated poorly numerous times by their customer service staff ... when my dog suffered his injury and required immediate attention - i was quoted over 4000 dollars for all the vet bills wen i call into the office for PETSECURE i had a very rude staff member who was not helpful and pretty much told me to deal with it myself and pay out of my pocket and that call back when i needed to submit a claim !!!!!!! not very comforting in a stressful situation . They have also messed with my auto payments not once but numerous times - helping themselves to my account and when contacted they point their fingers directly at the customers. Not once did they touch base with me inregrds to this problems. All these issues were to consistent with them. Ive always had bad experiences dealing with them for pretty much any inquiry. Not one good thing i could honestly say about them and their services. I also cancel my membership a while ago now still no confirmations , they have not returned any of my messages & they keep accumulating the monthly fees when I've asked more then 5 times to CANCEL my services as i left for another company. WHICH I'm still waiting for them to do. WONT BE PAYING them ill tell you that much . OVERALL IM NOT IMPRESSED won't ever do anything with this company AGAIN
