Get Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for your Fur Babies
Healthy Paws has been amazing!!! If it wasn't for them I don't know what I would have done, I hate to think about what I would have had to do because there is NO way I'd be able to afford the outrageous vet/hospital/specialist/prescription bills I've had for my Clifford. Getting this insurance when I adopted him was the best thing I ever did, I did it knowing that Cavaliers are known to get heart problems. Little did I know that at the young age of 3, only 10 months after I got him that he would get a very serious heart condition called dilated cardiomyopathy. He's also recently had a bad pancreatitis attack that landed him over a week stay in the emergency ICU. Submitting claims and having them paid has been so easy, no hassles and fast claim payments issued to me. I've also used them for my other Cavalier Sophie that I have coverage on as well for less serious illnesses and same thing, super easy claim process and fast payment. If you're considering health insurance for your pet(s) I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws! Very fast and compassionate service
My dog had a major surgery for a torn ligament in her knee. This is a complicated surgery with a very long recovery. It is incredibly expensive as well. It really helped to have the very fast claim review, processing, and mailing of the check for an already overworked credit card and overwhelmed pet parents! Thank you so much! We are pleased with Healthy Paws! As the former president of a 501(c)(3) rescue organization, I can also say that Healthy Paws has a very compassionate mission to help rescues and rescued animals with grants from their foundation. With an excellent experience with both sides of Healthy Paws (insurance and the foundation), I would certainly recommend them highly!

Very unsatisfied with the responses to submitted claims. Everything we submit request additional information or medical records. Everything is on a medical receipt and includes an itemized receipt. We have no "additional" medical information, as Hitchcock is a rescue dog that we adopted in October 2016. Each and every bit of medical records we have have been submitted to you. We are seriously reevaluating whether the cost of this insurance is worth the cost. They sell themselves to us, then all we get for our money are more requests for more information. Trust me, we do not hold back any information and if the expenses come from our vets office and are itemized, they are legit. My husband and I both work at major teaching institutions and you can trust that we have discussed this issue with many colleagues who agree that our experience has been very negative. We have carried Nationwide Pet Insurance for several years. We are not happy with the constant review of each and every charges and the constant request for additional information. You do not feel as if a partner in the care of our family pet, but an adversary. Our claims are thorough and complete and all requests have been met with information, yet we are still barraged with additional requests. Thank you for your time. We do hope that this situation is remedied in the very near future. If not, we may be partnering with someone else that does not make us feel as adversarial. At this point we would not recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance services and will share that opinion at every opportunity.

Peace of mind
I have 2 mini-dachshunds, and I knew pet insurance was a must. The premiums are very reasonable. Submitting a claim is very simple and straightforward. Payment is direct deposited into my account. I am extremely please with all aspects of ASPCA pet insurance and I highly recommend it to pet owners.

Peace of mind
This pet insurance is absolutely the best! Every claim I have filed has been taken care of in 2 weeks or less. My dogs are like children to me and theirs needs are important to me. I have peace of mind with having this insurance that I can give them the care at the vets office they need without breaking the bank. Other insurance company's can't compare to embrace they are friendly, helpful when you call and speedy process of claims. Simply the best!!!

Glad I got Embrace
I adopted Gus at 6 weeks old and because of the circumstances of where he came from I decided to get pet insurance and I'm glad I did! My vet recommended Embrace because they had never had a problem with them and they had good feedback from patients. I got both the wellness policy and hospital policy. Recently Gus developed spasms and my vet has referred him to the veterinary school at UC Davis for diagnosis Embrace is very easy to work with. Their customer service is great. whenever I've called they have been very helpful and really care about their clients. Very nice to work with. They even follow up by email to make sure I've received my reimbursements.
