The new receptionist at my vet mis-categorized my dog's vet visit as a re-check on April 11th when it was her monthly acupuncture appointment.
The new receptionist at my vet mis-categorized my dog's vet visit as a re-check on April 11th when it was her monthly acupuncture appointment. My vet has sent Trupanion the corrected invoice but I have yet to even receive confirmation that the claim is being re-opened/re-considered.

ASPCA is a wonderful organization for Pet Insurance. They are very caring and have outstanding customer service. I have never had an insurance company that truly cares and follows up on your pet's condition.

Great customer service
My dog was attacked by a dog who was accidentally let out. Luckily apart from a couple of puncture wounds, a fractured tooth and a blood shot eye (and a puncture wound on my leg...) my nine year old Schnoodle is back to being her old self. Embrace handled her claim in a very timely manner and explained in detail why they were not able to cover parts of the vet bill (dental part). I would highly recommend Embrace Pet insurance to other pet owners.

Why is it that food that is prescribed …KIDNEY CARE
Why is it that food that is prescribed isn't covered? JJ has been prescribed Kidney Care. JJ also had 2 have his predison refilled. Now Chico has had medication prescribed for his right eye. JJ is a Service Dog, & therefore any and all procedures are considered Tax exempts. Why doesn't ASPCA recognize this as well? I believe that there isn't any other "Pet Insurance" such as ASPCA, we get what we pay for,I feel there is no greater service provided for my pets as great as ASPCA.

Fantastic customer service
I always have a good experience and I feel like I'm getting a good value out of the price I pay. They call to follow up after every claim to see if your pet is doing okay and if you have any questions/issues with the claim. Pretty good coverage for my cats as well!

Best Service and Coverage for Specialty Breeds
Embrace has been consistently excellent is taking care of our claims. We have a female English Bulldog who unfortunately has been high maintenance since a pup. Embrace has covered all of her needs for us! We are extremely happy with the speed of response they have given us. I highly recommend Embrace for your pet insurance needs.
