Pets Best has been my insurance for 4+ years. They make it very easy to put a claim in. They keep you posted on the process which is done in a timely manner. I have not had any issues with them. My only complaint is that the premiums have increased each year 20-40%.

I have 2 french bulldogs. I like that the little stuff goes towards the deductible incase something serious should happen.

Could not have had an easier experience working with PetsBest for my Husky. We needed two TPLO surgeries and a lot of medication. PetsBest made it simple to file a claim and cover their end based on my plan. Mandy gets yeast infection all the time so I have lots of vet bills. Pets best insurance is easy to submit an invoice and normally have a EOB within 3 days and a check in 10 days. Very happy with how my claims are paid. Very worth having the insurance.

I'm 84, and Wee Willy is my constant companion. His legs started giving out, and I knew he was in pain, so I considered having him put to sleep. Dr Wubben asked if I could try therapy, and without insurance, the answer would have been no. I didn't know how much would be covered, but I thought I would take whatever was offered and be grateful if there were a chance. PetsBest covered around 75% of the bill. I was shocked. Taking out insurance on Wee Willy was the best thing I've done for my fur baby.

"On a Saturday evening, my miniature bull terrier Stevie abruptly started vomiting and having diarrhea non-stop and was very seriously ill. I've never taken any of my dogs to the ER vet before but this time it was absolutely necessary. I rushed her to the closest ER where they thankfully got her back quickly and started her on pain and nausea medications and fluids while trying to diagnose what the problem was. They suspected pancreatitis or bloat with the possibility of a GI obstruction, she was very sick. Thankfully surgery was avoided and after 2 days in the hospital Stevie came home and has now made a 100% recovery but it was very scary and very serious - the vet couldn't reassure me she would be ok and make it out when they admitted her. Thankfully I didn't have to worry about finances during these worry-filled couple of days as I knew she had excellent coverage through Pets Best. They processed the claim quickly and $4900 was in my bank account a week and half later. Thank you Pets Best!! "

I had been considering pet insurance for our Pappilon for some time. After a couple of expensive vet visits I decided to seriously start looking at insurance. Pets Best was one of the companies recommended by our vet. After comparing several different companies I found Pets Best provided the best coverage at the best price. Our Callie ended up in the emergency vet last month with over $1100 in charges. I made an online claim which was quick and easy and received reimbursement within about a month which was clearly explained. I would recommend Pets Best. "

We have Had pets our whole life. Never had pet insurance and never needed it. For some reason I felt led to buy it 3 yrs ago for our two always healthy Eskies When our 8 yr old Eskie lost half his body weight for unknown reason we took him to IMS specialist at WSU Vet Clinic for testing to learn he wasn't processing the protein he was eating, He spent 8 days in their emergency hospital clinic at $600 night just for his stay at the hospital. Because we had pet insurance we weren't forced to make an unwanted decision and were able to have the clinic provide any testing and care needed to help save our dogs life knowing 90% of our bill would be reimbursed to us, 4 months later with weekly B12 shots, a few other meds, limited ingredient novel protein diet and bi-weekly blood work to see if his abulmin level in his blood was increasing. Kodi is doing well. Pets Best has been such a blessing to us as they will continue to pay any bills related to his PLE problem for the remainder of his insurance year without any more deductibles..Their app is easy to submit a claim and a couple weeks later our reimbursement is deposited in our bank account. Their customer service agents are friendly, caring and knowledgable. I highly recommend them for your pet! My only small complaint is reimbursement can seem slow but is really only about 3+ weeks. Its comforting knowing we can provide our dogs with the care they need if any illness or accident occurs.
