I am so happy I have SPOT
I am so happy I made the decision to get insurance for my boy. I didn’t have pet insurance for my last dog and that was a BIG mistake! SPOT makes the process so easy! I am very pleased with the plan that I chose. Customer service is super helpful but I haven’t needed their help much! The app is very user friendly.

Service was easy ,fast and friendly. I was able to get a pre approval for my claim and when my official claim was approved my reimbursement was in my account in minutes. Pumpkin was there when we needed it most, we are very happy the service and so is our Pup!

Quick and Easy Experience
I was able to submit my claim online in a matter of 10 minutes. Quick response and processing. My only challenge is that you can only upload a file(s) that are less than a certain file size. If you are scanning multiple copies of SOAP notes, Invoices and receipts it will exceed the file size quickly.

Dishonest and unhelpful
This company is disingenuous and overly expansive regarding what it considers a preexisting condition. They denied claims related to a scratch on my dog’s cornea (though this injury occurred in June and had never occurred before). They are incredibly unhelpful and seek to avoid any reimbursement.
