Great Experience
I have paid into Trupanion for 8 years and never had a claim. Bentley went to the vet and had a couple of issues. When I got home Trupanion had already taken care of the claim.
I have always had amazing experiences with Trupanion, and recommend them often. I always get a refund faster from you then from MY insurance company! To me, the biggest advantage of this product is never having to make a heartbreaking decision between budget and your best friend. That peace of mind is priceless to me.
I had to call 3 times because I have paid my first month but have received nothing in the mail or email.
I had to call 3 times because I have paid my first month but have received nothing in the mail or email. First person said she will resend, second one said "gmail" on my email was incorrectly spelt, later to find out by the 3rd person, my last name was spelt wrong too on my email. It's been a hassle so far and finally received communications after over a month in. My previous interactions prior to becoming a member have been terrific though.
