After researching pet insurance for our new puppy I elected to purchase a policy from Fetch Pet Insurance. I was crafting the policy on line but had a couple questions I couldn’t find the answer to. For starters
For starters, I’ve been with this company since 2020. I’ve actually never had to “use” the insurance, but of course I got it for emergencies. My Chihuahua is 6 years old with very minimal health issues. My coverage went from the 40s, to the 50s, and now it’s at the 70s. I understand the factors that affect rates but what they are charging me now just isn’t justifiable. And the customer service is beyond poor. So I’m absolutely leaving this company and would encourage others to be very careful with them as well. You can definitely get cheaper elsewhere with great coverage and a company that actually cares about the clients that it serves.

My dog recently went through not one, but two TPLO surgeries, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Healthy Paws. From start to finish, they’ve been amazing. 🐕❤️ The reimbursement process couldn’t be easier... seriously. I just uploaded a photo of the vet receipt through their app, and boom, that was it. No complicated forms, no long wait times, no hassle. The app is super intuitive and user-friendly, which made a stressful time so much easier to manage. Most importantly, I felt like my dog was truly taken care of. Healthy Paws made it possible for me to give her the care she needed without worrying about the cost. I cannot even get into my account
I cannot even get into my account. It says I have to register and so I try to register. Then it tells me I’m already registered and to sign in so I sign in. Well none of my passwords are working so I clicked forget password. Then it tells me I’m not registered. It’s a pain.

Overall Good Experience
Overall, I think Spot Pet Insurance does a great job of responding to claim submissions and staying true to their word. I (thankfully) haven't had any emergencies with my dog as of yet, but I think their premium amount and deductible are very reasonable for what I'm getting. And I appreciate how communicative and timely the company is with the claims I've submitted for preventative services.
