Denied claim
I submitted a claim in 2024 for my pet’s allergies. I then submitted a claim in 2025 for a visit to the vet for an ear issue. At the same visit, we asked for a new prescription for his allergies. The claim was denied because they state that the ear issues related to his allergies, which is false. I will be dropping the insurance since I’m paying a lot of money every year for claims to be denied.

Best insurance for senior furbabies!
My household loves to adopt senior animals, but getting them health insurance can often be costly. PetsBest seems to be the one pet health insurance company that doesn't make health care coverage expensive due to the age of the furbaby. Filing claims is fairly straightforward, and they are pretty generous with how much they cover.
