Pets Best: Smart, simple, economical pet insurance
I knew having pet insurance was the smart thing to do for my rescue spaniel mix. After doing some research, I chose Pets Best for their variety of options and competitive pricing. Easy to select the plan I wanted. It was a plus that they integrated with my Care Credit account, which I use at my vet all the time. When I submitted my first claim, I thought it would take a couple of weeks. My dog saw the vet on Tuesday for a wellness exam and Rx refill, I submitted the claim later that day, and my reimbursement was applied to my Care Credit account on Friday! No confusion, no hassle, so simple and seamless! Great service, highly recommended.

Very easy to put in claim. Reimburstment was a decent & fair amount for my claim. Not as inadequate as former pet insurance that I had. Very kind response to my buddy Charly's passing over the Rainbow Bridge, Check expected very soon! Thank you Spot Pet Insurance!

7 year old healthy boy kitty
I’ve been a customer for over a year and a half, and my 7-year-old cat has had no health issues during this time. However, I was disappointed to learn that the insurance premium for my cat is now higher than for my new cat. I expected more consistent pricing, especially given my pet’s clean health record. I’d appreciate a lower pricing structure and hope for a fairer approach in the future.

Dropped with 20 days notice after 5 years
After five years of being a loyal customer I was one of the one millions suddenly dropped for having a five year-old dog. My costs sky rocketed 74% and then I was dropped with less than a month's notice. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
