Very Happy with my insurance
It has been a long journey trying all the meds for Inca. But none worked so we are left with having to do the radiation. We are doing labs on Monday and treatment will follow the next week if the labs are good. From the beginning and each step Pets Best has been great with support concern and quick processing of our claims. I am so greatful I made this choice years ago. Never again!
This was the most ridiculous, unnecessary, drawn out claim process I have ever had. And the amount of the claim was nominal for vet visits now. Neither I or the vet could understand why and how the info Embrace asked for was in any way relevant. Needless to say this was the first and last time I will insure a dog with Embrace. When my contract ends in June, that's it.
