Fantastic service from a fellow fur parent!
The person that assisted me was knowledgeable, had outstanding interpersonal skills, and I felt that she was a great consultant. She walked me through my options and it was a great dialog about which option would be best for me based on my needs. Outstanding customer service and she made the overall process very quick and easy. It felt like I was talking to a friend/ fellow pet lover about insurance and not someone I had never met before which made the experience that much better.

honestly I'm very disappointed that my claim was rejected because my dog had diarrhea once during the 30-day waiting period.
honestly I'm very disappointed that my claim was rejected because my dog had diarrhea once during the 30-day waiting period. Diarrhea is not a pre-existing condition!!!! Pet insurance is a scam
