"My Pippa, a 4pound Yorkie is a dream come true, wanting one for 45 years. I'm retired and on a limited fixed income. Pippa has some ailments that without PB insurance would either go untreated, undiagnosed or worse, shortening her very young life. I was fortunate enough to have had this policy since she was a young pup. Yes, rates have risen steeply but her healthcare is managed as well. We live alone, the two of us.
