I was nervous when I got a $9600 vet bill for my dog who ate two corn on the cobs. I paid the bill and when I submitted the invoice within 24 hours, it was already approved and a check was sent to me within three days. I’m very happy with my experience with Healthy Paws.

So far very happy
I have not actually had to submit a claim to Fetch yet so unsure how that will work. But, my representative, Megan, was amazing and spent the time to go through all my options with no pressure twice. I think pet insurance depends a lot on your breed of pet, but I needed unlimited yearly benefits for my Cavalier and even though I probably won't use much for awhile, I am happy to have it through Fetch. Their pricing was comparable to others with less yearly mazimumes.

On 7/27/26 I called customer service…
On 7/27/26 I called customer service and spoke with Elizabeth about Gunther’s renewal for insurance. I was not happy abut the new renewal amount and Elizabeth assured me that we could work out something. We have been customers for over 16 years and have insured 4 of our fur babies with Fetch.
