The response time was quick!
The response time was quick. They paid the last bill for Penelope within a day. Every time I’ve had to file a claim, it was paid in a timely manner. This last claim unfortunately was the last for my furbaby, they were responsive and sensitive. I would recommend Pumpkin!

Very disappointed
This is my first experience with pet insurance and it’s disappointing. My claim was closed on July 10th with a direct deposit for my portion and a 2-3 business day wait. As of today, I don’t have the money. I don’t understand why an electronic transfer takes 2-3 days in the first place but I’m really confused as to why the money hasn’t shown up in my account, when I confirmed the correct bank information with them today, and they confirmed they released the funds. I’m definitely canceling when I find a replacement.
