PetsBest Pup’s Best
Our pup has always been taken well cared for and PetsBest has always been there when we needed them. Pup has chronic and ongoing allergies requiring vet visits and medication and outside of reaching our deductible, most treatments and pharma have been covered. we would not consider any other insurer.

The process was very simple
The process was very simple. The only difficulty I had was in how to pick what health problem it was. But after I got used to the list, it went much easier. I called once and the customer service person was very helpful. The reimbursement is quite quick as well taking about a week or so.

There are not enough words that could describe my appreciation for MetLife Pet. They reimbursed us almost $5,000 for my sweet LuLu’s surgery. Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and so kind and helpful. It was an easy process and so worth the money! I will never let any of my fur babies go without this insurance!
