Great company!
I had a great experience with Lemonade!! First time filing a claim for my dog. It was super easy, excellent customer service and claim got approved in a day. Highly recommend!

Healthy Paws is THE BEST
We have three amazing dogs who have, unfortunately, had some bad luck - including a life-threatening GDV emergency surgery. We have never, ever not been able to treat because Healthy Paws has our backs, always. They have not only ALWAYS covered what they should, but have treated me with care and compassion during times of high stress. They're submission process is easy, they pay back quickly, and most importantly, they allow pet parents to ensure they're animals are safe. We should never have to say know or guess whether to treat. Cheaters. Stay away from healthypaws. They are misleading at best.
Big words, no coverage. Make ASS-U-ME-tions all the time to deny coverage. Try other better companies. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Little Silver Animal Hospital
Dr. Scott Kilcullen is the best. Our Remo, an English Bulldog, has been plagued with severe allergies almost from day one. Dr Scott has been there with us every step of the way. It's been an uphill battle with a lot of ups and downs, but he's made very good progress. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Excellent response time and service
Our sweet boy had full CCL and meniscus surgery one week ago. Within 5 days, the claim for surgery was processed, approved and paid. Healthy Paws even sent an email to check on my dog. Thank you for making this process stress free!

Couldn’t be happier
I am so grateful for having signed up with Trupanion for insurance for my cat. As we know unexpected things can certainly come up. Long story short my cat was hospitalized for two days and without Trupanion my cost would’ve been close to $5000. they reviewed my claims instantly and approved everything. They paid the vet directly, and I only had to pay the balance. highly recommend!

Sachin, We're never happy when we have to deny a claim for a client. All claim decisions are based on your pet’s medical records and the signs/symptoms that are noted in those records by your veterinarian. Most pet insurance companies including Healthy Paws use a pet's medical records to determine if there are any pre-existing conditions that would keep us from approving a claim. While your Healthy Paws plan covers the costs of veterinary treatment related to an accident, illness or injury where the clinical signs or symptoms were first present after the enrollment date and waiting periods, pre-existing conditions are not covered by your plan. As such, we were unable to provide coverage for your recent claims as that condition was pre-existing. Our team has provided more detailed information in their emails to you, including information on our claims appeal process.
