Very satisfied
I had an incident earlier this year with my young GSD. She had been throwing up daily. Took her to the vet and had x-rays discovering that she had eaten bone chips. Vet gave special food and anti nausea drugs. I met my deductible in that incident. Recently, the same dog would choke while barking. Took her to the vet again and had her checked out to see if she had something stuck in her throat. Fortunately, she had tonsillitis. Received antibiotics and instructions to rest. A good portion of that claim was covered. Needed a change of antibiotics since the first round didn't yield the hoped for results. That claim has been recently filed and I'm waiting on the results. Having pet insurance on my high drive working dogs has given me peace of mind. So far I am very satisfied.

This was the initial vet visit for a new dog I adopted. I was very pleased and surprised that this visit was not put under the deductible and was paid very quickly! As always, your company is quick, efficient and amazing! I recommend you to anyone who asks me about pet insurance. You get 5 stars from me always.
