So grateful for PetsBest
So grateful for PetsBest. My best friend shared about you when we moved to our farm with our shepherds. I chose the top insurance package and it has been a blessing for our male who tore up his front bicep last year and most recently got bit by a coyote. We were covered in most everything and filing and receiving our claim and compensation was so easy. We also have full coverage on our female but we have yet to use .... it is just nice to know that you will be there if we need it again. Thank you !

Best care for best dog!
Sammy is very precious to us and we are really glad to be able to have him covered by insurance in case of emergency and just for general health purposes. He is a very good "fur baby" and we don't worry as much knowing that Nationwide covers him and our other pup, Paco. At least a portion of the bills gets paid and it helps, especially since we are on limited income. There is no other choice but making sure that our little guys are well taken care of.

Wouldn’t be without it!!
Having a pet and taking proper care of it is a MAJOR responsibility. My first dog was insured when she was 2 and lived to be 17 thanks to the wonderful coverage provided by VPI (eventually Nationwide). They literally saved her life AND her sight. My current pet, Cookie, has a sensitive tummy and eats TX food. They even help with that. Considering the love and companionship i’ve Had over the last 22 years, it’s a small price to pay to keep them healthy and happy. I highly recommend the top package as it reimburses (after satisfying deductible) at a very competitive rate.

ASPCA pet insurance has been a life saver, literally! My German Shepherd has had everything from major surgery to seizures to chronic ear infections and ASPCA has covered them all! I could not have afforded the care without them. Thank you!

Things have changed in regards to the company’s claim of quick payments
I’ve had my dogs and cats covered under this insurance for a number of years and will continue to do so, but they have really slowed down on the amount of time it takes to process a claim...almost to the 30 day mark. This wasn’t the case and they lived up to their claim of quick turnarounds for claim processing, but that seemed to slow down considerably in August/September 2018. It’s disappointing, especially since we have to pay the vet for services first and then, may have other pets who need services, so we have to wait to get reimbursed by the insurance company. I hope that improves to their higher standard again.
