OVERALL, GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY. I LOVE HOW THEY HELP WITH MOST OF THE COST FOR VETERINARIAN SERVICES. QUICK AND EASY TO USE. THE REIMBURSEMENTS ARE A NICE DEAL. IT IS A RELIEVE TO KNOW MY PET IS IN GOOD HANDS.

Nancy Kuchmecki-Lowe Is wonderful, AND I'm not happy with limits-- I pay every month, and live in an expensive area.
As mentioned above, Nancy Kuchmecki-Lowe has been really outstanding. And I'm glad to have insurance--I couldn't afford to care for my pets without it. But your exclusions, coverage caps, etc., are very costly to me. I also understand that some companies pay up front, rather than by reimbursement. That would help. As it is, I seldom get reimbursed 100% of my expense, even for emergency illnesses. My dog has recently had many mysterious symptoms, and a lot of expensive diagnostics--they think they've found the cause now--and I can usually expect to get anywhere from about half my expense to something higher. I actually cancelled briefly within the last year out of frustration, then realized I wouldn't be able to get insurance elsewhere for my now elderly pets. I hope you update your coverages.

If my health insurance was as easy as my dog’s pet insurance, I would be elated! The claim process with ASPCA was seamless and efficient. They processed everything so quickly which was impressive. I was reimbursed faster than my last Amazon order- seriously. The staff always asked how Koda was doing before anything. They show empathy and the conversations showed they truly care about their work and your pet. I couldn’t be happier.

Our Doxie is part of our family so I wanted to afford her the best care
When Peggy was diagnosed with Cancer we were struggling financially. How would I pay for the care she needs? Will the pet insurance I bought cover the expected high cost so I could help my little very loved little senior dog. Embrace has been fantastic. We have options for treatment for Peggy. We brought her to the best hospital for surgery and we are treating her holistically for now by choice. Embrace is covering all her restaging and vet bills promptly with no stress on our part.. Not Covering New Illnesses
My french bulldog Charlie throughout all 4 years of his little life has had numerous illnesses. This past January 2019 he was diagnosed with a UTI (very rare for male dogs but that’s our luck) so after receiving treatment I decided to obtain pet insurance. This past February 209 I joined Pets Best insurance, their rates were the most reasonable and the deductible wasn’t absolutely outrageous. A few weeks later after obtaining the insurance Charlie was diagnosed with another UTI. I submitted multiple claims as we’ve had multiple revisits for check ups, urine testing, ultrasound, the works. I received notification that NONE of the services would be covered and NONE would go towards my deductible for my plan because it’s all being considered a “pre-existing” condition. I treated his UTI in January based off the antibiotics prescribed by my vet and his symptoms were completely gone when I joined the company’s policy. The policy didn’t go into effect for 7 days after obtaining and we were WELL beyond the 7 days. So for all you pet parents out there thinking about getting insurance; DO NOT go with Pets Best. I feel trapped now because anything we are currently doing for him won’t be covered by another company.
