Slow claims processing.

Great customer service, very helpful and friendly.

Trupanion has always helped me with Bode. I got Trupanion Insurance when bode was under a year old. Little did I know I would need help so soon. My claims have always been handled in a very efficient manner and all staff, in this case Maka, have always been knowledgable and helpful.

I subscribed to the most expensive insurance plan that "covers" the most. The (apparently) poorly trained adjusters denied the whole claim except for vaccinations, including the wellness items that were supposed to have been covered. I then had to spend 45 minutes speaking with customer service only to have them transfer the claim to a supervisor to review, whom I have yet to hear back from more than a week later. In my opinion Pets Best is not the best pet insurance company out there, even for the money. There is no point having insurance if the "covered items" won't be covered.

My dog had kidney disease and was also hit by a car. Trupanion saved me tons of money and honestly gave my dog many more years of life.

All your phone people were always kind & knowledgeable. You helped with the care of our Nicky for many years. You also paid promptly & fairly. I would highly recommend you .

Takes financial burden off, allows you to afford more care and treatment, Would not have a pet without insurance anymore. Pays in reasonable time period and is helpful answering questions.

Have had this policy for 6 years and have never once received any money from the policy. Everything keeps going to the deductible
