Pets Best is a good company
Pets Best is a good company. As my dog gets older, his pet insurance costs go up a little, however, PetsBest did not lower his benefits like my previous company did. My previous insurance not only lowered his benefits but also raised the monthly payment. PetsBest employees are very nice and really care about my dog.

Great pet insurance!
Fortunately, this is the first time we have had to use our pet insurance for our dog since he has been healthy. I'm glad that we have the insurance as he has been sick for quite some time but slowly improving. It's been easy to submit the receipts and get reimbursed. I've been happy how efficient the process has been.

If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would — Terrible Claim ExperienceIf there were an option for 0 stars
If there were an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. I’m extremely disappointed with Spot Pet Insurance. My claim for my dog Alex was denied twice even after submitting all requested medical records. Spot never contacted my veterinarian for verification, and the claim process was slow and unnecessarily complicated. Missing even one item means an automatic denial. I switched from Healthy Paws because Spot advertised reimbursements for vet fees. In reality, Healthy Paws is far superior — straightforward, fast, and proactive in contacting the vet. I’m returning to Healthy Paws and regret switching to Spot.
