I was happy to have $ deposited to my checking account after the vet sent records/invoices but no information was sent to me. As a result, I do not know which claim has been paid and which has not.

It took a long time and much documentation to get a simple claim resolved that had nothing to do with a pre-existing condition.
It took a long time and much documentation to get a simple claim resolved that had nothing to do with a pre-existing condition. Then my rates were raised over 13%, and the answer makes no sense. Agent promised to look into it and have a response by now, but that didn't happen.
