Completely frustrated by the premiums going up and up.
Completely frustrated by the premiums going up and up. Only used it once and it was a hassle. Feel trapped in this as my dog is really old now and am fearful that when I really need to use this insurance, there will be some “reason” not to cover his expenses. Sorry, just my 2 cents. Ps. The rep on the phone was lovely
