You’ll be reimbursed but be prepared to wait
I choose Pets Best because they have one of the best plans (90% reimbursement with unlimited claim amount). However, with my recent claim and several recent claims before it, I have to wait an extraordinary length of time to be reimbursed. I have 2 pets with Pets Best and will continue to use them but it would be beneficial if they could speed up their review times, especially if they have all of the necessary documents to complete the review. I’ll continue to recommend Pets Best because they help give me peace of mind during an emergency but would advise anyone using them to prepare to wait for their money to be returned.

They denied yet another claim
They denied yet another claim. My French Bulldog had a food allergy prior to us having this insurance that we fixed by changing his food. He now seems to having environmental allergy issues due to the try season in Texas (new to us we are from Chicago) and he is licking his paws like crazy. And they are saying that basically anything allergy related will not be covered. So what is the point? This is a NEW condition! He was not licking his paws before a month ago. Very unhappy and feel like I am wasting my money.
