Had to appeal two claims determined to be ineligible for ridiculous reasons. Coverage was eventually applied and payment issues 45 days later. A very frustrating experience.

Trupanion insurance is more than just pet insurance- I always feel like they take care of my 'kids' and are there for me and for them whether it is just a question or a health issue.
