Been using about 20 years nothing but exceptional service. I have had dogs with some difficult illnesses that involved expensive treatments. Nationwide was always there to help out.

Pet insurance is the best care you could get for you pet. The whole pet plus wellness really does cover all your pets needs and emergency needs. Claims took a minute to figure out but customer service was there to help me file the correct way.

My EXCELLENT experience with Trupanion
I've had a policy with Trupanion since 2013 and have seen many changes through the years-- all of them for the good! They have streamlined the claims/ reimbursement process significantly from the time of my original enrollment and I could not be more thrilled. I've always appreciated the flexible policy and premium options (where rates are based on medical advancements in the area of service coverage and not whether your pet has had a birthday) available and could not be happier with the claims process. Claims are easy to understand, easy to submit and reimbursement is fast with no payout cap. Vet-direct pay is a wonderful payment option as well and I can't imagine insuring my pets anywhere else. Trupanion has allowed me to make difficult medical decisions much easier and allowed my dog to live a long, happy life and even allowed him to survive cancer (nearly $30,000 in claims to date).
