I have two cats insured with ASPCA. I am satisfied with the response to the claims that I have submitted for them.I have a membership with this organization and totally support your work. My cat, Rudy has been diagnosed with high grade Lymphoma about a year ago. Unfortunately, I did not have enough insurance on him at that time. I did receive a check for the limit of his coverage ($1500)for this occurance. Since then I have had expenses exceeding $10,000. I know that this is my responsibility for not having him insured enough, and do not hold this against ASPCA insurance. I only wish that there was an option during this illness. It is a difficult financial situation to be in, but he is doing well and as I'm sure that you realize Rudy's health and comfort are what really matters. Thank you.

About 3 days after our insurance kicked in our dog was shot (we still don't know by who). She needed not just an intestinal re-section but a blood transfusion as well. The vets who saved her life are heroes by all accounts, but I count Embrace as a savior as well. If it weren't for the incredible coverage we received we would not have been able to afford Lily's surgeries, and she would not be with us today. We have been incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. The communication has been top-notch and the returns are quick and painless. I endorse Embrace to everyone who will listen. Pet insurance is the best decision we've made for our pets, by far.

my boston, petunia, has been "embraced" for two years now, and the communication, care and quick response to claims is equal to none. i have added the wellness to her contract this year, and could not be happier. i purchased an english bull puppy for my son, under the condition that he also be "embraced" and all is well with his pup. Incredibly efficient and responsive registration and claim process. This was my first claim and it was a substantial amount, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The entire process from pre-certification, which I recommended if possible, was very simple and easy; each employee I spoke with along the way was extremely courteous and helpful. I don't know why it took me so long to take out a policy with Embrace!

I reluctantly purchased Trupanion thinking they would be like every other insurance company, quick to take your payments but slow to pay a claim. Was I wrong!Abbey developed a horrific stomach infection that needed emergency surgery. The bill was $6300. Trupanion quickly sent us our reimbursement, minus the normal deductibles. I am so impressed by Trupanion, a company that stands by its word.

We adopted an abused and abandoned puppy in January and were told he could have some health problems down the road because of malnutrition and abuse. That is why I bought the insurance. Unfortunately it was a very short "road". In the five months we have had him, we have already spent over $7000.00. Also unfortunately, many of his problems have been deemed "pre-existing". Still Embrace has made buying the policy well worth it. Just a note to anyone on the fence about buying insurance, don't wait! Purchase the insurance BEFORE there are any "pre-existing" conditions. I guarantee you will appreciate it when (not if) your dog blows out his knees or has to have any kind of surgery. I did a lot of research before I bought Embrace and I feel I made the right decision. My poor little 9 month old puppy, Prancer, has already had to have surgery on all four of his legs. He can't walk as of this time, but we hope with physical therapy that will change. Even though Prancer has had so many challenges, we don't regret adopting him as he is a very loveable and smart boy. What we do regret is the little boys who were abusing him when he was rescued. When did little boys decide it was okay to hurt a 3 month old puppy instead of bringing him home with the request to mom, "Can I keep him?"

Once all the paper work was submitted to Embrace. The amount of time it took for processing the claim was very short time. I also liked the explaination sheet of the wellenes plan which I received in an email. The entire experience has been great.

Pets Best Insurance is amazing. The employees are always helpful, friendly and compassionate. Claim service is fast and efficient. I wish my "people insurance" was as good.
